Standards.  All areas of La Casa's business now comply with the rules and regulations of HACCP, Australia's food safety watchdog.  This means that our premises, our roasting and packaging processes and our distribution and warehousing all meet these standards.  Not only do we fully comply, but we helped HACCP set the standards for the coffee industry in Australia.  The HACCP logo is now featured on all our packaging, assuring you of the very best quality product.
