Tropicana Blend  is named after Darlinghurst’s Tropicana Caffe, La Casa’s most popular mix is a blend of five types of A-grade beans, including more than 30% Rainforest Alliance Certified beans, creating a soft-bodied and highly aromatic smooth-flavoured blend with low acidity. It is an Italian style coffee.

Italian Blend is a full-flavoured coffee, strong and pure with low acidity, this blend features an enticing spicy aroma.

French Blend is a smooth Parisian classic, medium roast.

Rainforest Blend
This eco-friendly blend is produced using 100% Rainforest Alliance certified beans. The Rainforest Alliance seal guarantees beans were sourced from farms where the environment is protected and workers are treated fairly. Because the Rainforest Blend is 100% Arabica beans it is more mild but just as flavoursome as our traditional blends.

Water Processed Decaffeinated (we can’t call it decaf anymore because a multi-national food company trade marked the word "decaf"!!!)  is water processed, which removes the chemical taste that is sometimes associated with other decaf coffees.  Ours is as flavoursome as the real thing and a godsend to people trying to cut down on caffeine.

 You’ll get superior tasting espresso coffee, with a persistant and dark hazelnut coloured crema, no bitterness and a pleasant after taste with all our blends.

Also available: Tazza D’oro, Napoletana, Mocha/Kenya, Santos/Minas and filter portions for drip filters. All our coffee beans are blended and roasted only from premium quality green beans.
