Tropicana Blend

Tropicana, our signature blend:  Tropicana is an Italian style espresso coffee, blended from a selection of the worlds “A” grade green beans and roasted to perfection.   A soft body, low acidity, highly aromatic, smooth flavoured coffee that always impresses.  You’ll  get a superior tasting espresso coffee, with thick crema, no bitterness and a pleasant after taste.

Rainforest Blend

This blend uses 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified beans.  The high quality of the Rainforest Alliance beans produces a unique blend and an exceptional cup of coffee, that’s suitable for home use or commercial espresso machines, short coffees or milk coffees.   However you choose to make your coffee, you’ll get a full flavoured coffee, with a thick crema, good colour, no bitterness and a pleasant after taste.  Whilst enjoying the coffee, enjoy the fact that you are supporting a great cause too.  The Rainforest Alliance Seal guarantees that beans are sourced from farms where the environment and wildlife are protected and workers are treated fairly. Fairtrade Blend

Blended using a combination of the highest graded Organic Fairtrade beans. Tasting Notes: a soft acidity and smooth medium body, with a pleasing sweet finish. (FLO ID: 22900)

French Blend

La Casa del Caffe’s French Blend is a traditional blend of high quality coffees from the worlds premium coffee growing regions of Central and South America and includes more than 30% Rainforest Alliance Certified beans.  It has a smooth and full bodied consistency with a highly aromatic flavour.  It’s a classic blend, true to its Français origins.

Italian Blend

Our Italian blend is a strong and pure Italian style coffee. It has full flavour and lots of body, low acidity and a spicy aroma.   Includes more than 30% Rainforest Alliance Certified

Decaffeinated

La Casa's decaf is created using an all natural water process which eliminates any chemical taste that can sometimes occur with other decaffeination processes. Our decaf is as flavoursome as the real thing and a godsend to people trying to cut down on caffeine.

About La Casa del Caffe

La Casa del Caffe is a specialty coffee roaster who has supplied premium coffee since 1978.  We roast a full range of traditional blends, environmentally sustainable and fair-traded blends and an all natural decaf and we pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of these coffees.

We recognise that we have a responsibility to the people and countries that grow our coffees and to the environment in general, therefore, we include Rainforest Alliance Certified beans in all our blends and we roast an organic Fairtrade Blend.

We supply equipment both for the commercial, corporate and domestic marketplaces, equipment service and barista skills training.  All areas of La Casa del Caffe’s business comply with the rules and regulations of HACCP, Australia’s food safety watchdog. This means that our premises, our roasting and packaging processes and our distribution and warehousing all meet these standards.
